WBG painting features at Jerwood Gallery, Hastings
To celebrate the Jerwood Gallery’s fifth birthday on 17 March 2017, Lara Wardle (Curator of Jerwood Collection) invited gallery visitors and members to select their favourite work from the Jerwood Collection for a People’s Choice display. At the forefront of the list of most popular pictures was Willie’s Winter Landscape from 1952! This bodes well for a significant WBG exhibition that is going to take place at the Jerwood Gallery over the summer of 2018. News and details of this exhibition will be announced much nearer the time.
